As so many forces are working upon us it is extremly difficult to cope under so much pressure. When our connection is at the threat off its loss, we react quickly and deeply and it can easily tear partnerships apart.
If your relationship isn't going so well and you cannot understand how to improve it, let me help you understand what's going on, why even though you put every effort in to rescue your relationship it continues to go downhill. The goal is to repair and re-build your bond into a secure and lasting one.
I usually encourage couples to either work weekly in 60 min sessions or fortnightly in 90 min session to start-off the journey of (re-)building their happy relationship. Depending on your unique situation, we will eventually taper out sessions til you as a couple can navigate through the storms of life without me.
